Meet Nate
Nate’s crepes started in his own kitchen — Sunday mornings folding them for whoever was around the table. Enough friends told him he was sitting on something special that he finally dragged a griddle out to a local farmers market to see if strangers agreed. They did.
These days it’s a full family affair. Carla mans the register and the tip jar, the kids help set up the tent before the sun’s even up, and Nate’s still at the griddle folding every single crepe by hand. Come find them at a market near you.
